The advantage of the magnetic pump is that it has no leakage, thus completely solving the problem of “running, running, dripping and leaking”.
However, the corresponding magnetic pump has the following disadvantages:

2. When the inlet material is not clean, it is easy to wear the inner magnetic cylinder and the isolation sleeve.
3. The material for the isolation sleeve of the magnetic pump is required to be high.
4. Do not allow the magnetic pump to run without material
5. The efficiency of the magnetic pump is lower than that of the ordinary centrifugal pump.
6, the price is relatively expensive.
7. Limitation of use: The ambient temperature, motor temperature, maximum working pressure, medium density and particle requirements of the magnetic pump in the working environment of the pump, etc.
8. Long-term use, even if the mechanical parts are not damaged, it may not be able to continue to use due to the weakening of the magnetic force.

Therefore, the precautions for the use of the magnetic pump are as follows:

(1) After installation, turn the coupling by hand to check for rubbing.
(2) In order to prevent debris from entering the pump, a filter is installed at the inlet of the pump, and the filtering area is larger than 3 to 4 times the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
(3) It is strictly forbidden to operate empty.
(4) The pump with high lift should be equipped with a check valve on the outlet line to prevent the water hammer from being suddenly stopped.
(5) Open the pump program: open the inlet valve before driving, fill the pump with the liquid to be delivered; close the outlet valve; jog the electric lift machine to check whether the pump is turning correctly; after the pump starts, the outlet valve should be slowly opened. After the pump has reached normal operation, adjust the outlet valve to the required opening. Test run 5~10MIN, if there is no abnormality, it can be put into operation.
Parking procedure: close the outlet valve; cut off the power supply; close the inlet, clean the inner flow channel of the pump and cut off the power supply when it is not used for a long time.
